Holiday Inn Express & Suites Toronto Airport West by IHG

Our experience at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The staff provided outstanding customer service. Our flight was leaving at 7:00 p.m., and they kindly offered us a complimentary late check-out until 1:00 p.m., which we truly appreciated. They also stored our luggage so we could go out to eat nearby without any worries. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a great variety and very well organized. At the front desk, Ruja provided excellent, friendly, and professional service. The airport shuttle to and from the hotel was punctual, making our stay even more convenient. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I booked a stay at Holiday Inn Express airport location Toronto last month. My check-in process was ok, It was in the middle of a snow storm. The parking lot was not ploughed properly, the lobby was soppy, and the front desk was not the warmest. To cut to the chase, we had a problem with our room the next day and reported it to the front desk. This is when we met Rosa. She was well trained, she listened without judgement, she empathized, and she went above and beyond to make the situation right. At that point, we felt like we made the right decision to stay at this location. We were Marriott locals, but for our last 5 stays in North America we chose IHG. I recommend that Rosa be recognized by management for her commitment to customer service excellence. I hope to return one day and see her in a management role. Bravo, Rosa.

I have been staying at this hotel for a long time, and my experience has always been excellent. The hotel is well maintained, comfortable, and welcoming. All the staff members are professional, friendly, and always ready to help. A special mention to Preetaman, who is extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. He truly deserves opportunities to grow professionally. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and reliable stay.

The rooms are pretty tired but clean for the most part. The pool and hot tub are very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was ok. It was in a great location for the Dr appointment I had. I was traveling with my medical service dog. When we checked in we mentioned having a service dog and the lady at the desk rolled her eyes and huffed. That was very unfortunate and unnecessary. And doesn't really make you feel welcomed. That needs to be improved for sure.

Ruja was kind, super helpful and reassuring after our flight was cancelled. We had been up since 2am and she went above and beyond to help us get checked in and feel comfortable, even though she was very busy with guests. I can’t say enough about the friendliness and great service of all of the staff. We will be staying here the next time we travel for sure. Thanks again Ruja and staff.

Room was clean. Bed was comfy and pillows were decent. Check in went smoothly and it was handy that they had a board with all the flights, just like at the airport. No blow drier, but the shampoos, lotions, etc, were good quality and plentiful. Room was simple but good size (king suite). I would stay again, price was decent considering it was the holidays. One photo attached of previous water damage... didnt affect us, but they clearly have had issues in the past. Traffic was loud, but again, not their fault. Location is good and had a Montanna's and Kelseys within walking distance.

good and clean hotel with quick check-in and check-out service. They offer an airport shuttle bus, I requested airport to hotel but my inquiry about it went unanswered. The location is quite far from downtown, with no nearby markets or restaurants. It’s a good choice for travelers with a car, but for others, the nearest bus stop is about a 12-minute walk away. Breakfast was simple but acceptable, and overall, the hotel offers very good value for money.

The rooms were run down. Paint chipped off walls, dirty floors, etc. Perfect for the ideal camping-like experience The staff was okay, polite. The shower water pressure was extremely low. Excellent for "noise reduction". On the same note, the bathroom didn't lock!!! Amazing for a shared room!!! We even found various species of bugs. Excellent for the room's biodiversity!!! The mini fridge was warm. Excellent if you like a touch if mold for added flavor Since it's next to the airport, you'll be delighted to learn that you'll get to hear all the loud engines at 3 am!!
